I think you are looking for a ds emulator to play to you Ipad Iphone or Ipod device but you can't found it?? then I know the popular NDS emulator for IOS device is NDS4IOS but it don't have sound!

okay well i tell you HOW
1. Go to the link
2. Scroll down look for the OPTIONS 2 and then click INSTALL APP
3. Connect with Facebook or SIGN IN
4. You will see a page IGNORE IT just click the APPS button in the top
5. After you click the APPS button you will see nds4ios click it and then click INSTALL
YOU ARE NOW FINISH DOWNLOAD THE NDS4IOS WITH SOUND
IT WILL BE SOMETIMES SLOW BUT WELL CHANGE THE DISABLE SOUND OFF AND THEN CHANGE THE FRAME SKIP INTO 2 OR 3
